In the notes for people who are new to allotments, some samples of simple cultivation logs were shown. If you wish you can download the following skeleton files to help you to produce your own records:

• Cultivation log by crop (Excel format)

• Cultivation log by year (PDF format) which can be printed and subsequently used to produce a handwritten log

• Cultivation log by year (Excel format). This spreadsheet consists of several worksheets: space to note where crops are planted on the plot (to help with crop rotation) and space to summarise the weather by month; a diary sheet with planned sowing/planting/other dates; a consumables sheet (to help when deciding what items need to be replenished); plus a skeleton cultivation log. The existing entries have deliberately been left in just to show what it looks like. Adapt / overwrite the spreadsheet to your own personal requirements.
